Mr. Mammen is a Managing Director of TM Capital Corp. Prior to joining TM Capital, Mr. Mammen was a Vice President in the Consumer Investment Banking Group at Prudential Securities where he worked with a variety of public and private companies on acquisitions, exclusive sales, financings, restructurings and fairness opinions. His industry focus areas include specialty retailing, consumer products, manufacturing, restaurants and outsourced services. Prior to joining the Consumer Investment Banking Group in 1997, Mr. Mammen worked in Prudential Securities' Financial Institutions Group and Real Estate and Structured Products Group. Previously, Mr. Mammen was an officer in the Commercial Banking Group at Bank of America Corporation.

Mr. Mammen is a graduate of the University of Tampa and earned an MBA with honors from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. Mr. Mammen currently serves as a Director of the Atlanta chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and is a Charter Member of the Atlanta chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE). Mr. Mammen is also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board at the College of Business at Clayton State University.
