Mr. Gibson is a Vice President with TM Capital Corp. Mr. Gibson has over a decade of experience in providing financial analysis and strategy assessment for mergers and acquisitions, and public and private financings. Prior to joining TM Capital, Mr. Gibson was a Vice President and co-founder of Boston Corporate Finance, an investment banking firm providing merger and acquisition, capital raising and general advisory services to global companies in the technology sector.

Prior to forming Boston Corporate Finance, Mr. Gibson was co-founder and Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at GTS Inc., a financial product development company. Previously, Mr. Gibson managed business and corporate development engagements for Mascot Network, Inc., a high technology portal solutions provider. Mr. Gibson began his career as a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking department of Advest, Inc., where he focused on Healthcare and Consumer/ Commercial markets.

Mr. Gibson graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Union College and received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management where he was an Alfred Sloan Fellow.
