Duties and Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst position presents an opportunity for qualified candidates to become an integral part of small transaction teams completing deals ranging from $15 to $700 million in value. Analyst duties include: 1) financial modeling and analysis across a wide range of industries; 2) drafting of descriptive memoranda for sale assignments, financings and private placements; 3) identifying, evaluating and contacting potential targets or acquirors; 4) organizing and coordinating due diligence sessions with sellers and buyers; and 5) preparing presentations and pitch material for solicitation of new business.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, articulate individual possessing strong analytical, writing and computer skills. Applicants with finance/accounting backgrounds, as well as those with prior banking, accounting or consulting experience are preferable. TM is presently seeking Analysts for both its New York and Atlanta office locations.
