Mr. Grien is President and Managing Director of TM Capital Corp. Previously, Mr. Grien was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance for Prudential Securities Investment Banking. Mr. Grien joined Prudential Securities in 1989 and subsequently founded and headed the firm’s Southeastern Regional and Consumer Industries Investment Banking Groups before assuming overall responsibility for the firm’s Corporate Finance Group. During his tenure at Prudential Securities, Mr. Grien was responsible for a diverse group of middle market consumer and industrial client relationships which resulted in nearly 200 completed transactions valued at over $15 billion. Prior to joining Prudential Securities, Mr. Grien was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group of Thomson McKinnon Securities Inc.

Mr. Grien is a 1980 Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Mr. Grien currently serves on the Board of Directors of Durand Wayland, Inc., and Keystone Screw Corporation and is a Founding Director of Rockbridge Financial Holdings. Mr. Grien also serves on the Advisory Board of Sherbrooke Capital and is a member of The Rotary Club of Atlanta. In addition, Mr. Grien serves as a Trustee of The Marcus Foundation, is a Director and Treasurer of The Georgia Aquarium, chairs the Advisory Board of Hands On Atlanta, is a Trustee and the Executive Vice President of The Hebrew Benevolent Congregation and is a Director of the Georgia Charter School Association.
