Mr. Zalkin is a Vice President with TM Capital Corp. Prior to joining TM Capital, Mr. Zalkin was an Associate with Boston Corporate Finance. Mr. Zalkin has more than seven years of transaction experience and has advised on a wide variety of M&A and financing transactions for public and private technology companies, predominantly in the enterprise software and IT services industries.

Mr. Zalkin began his career as an analyst within the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Prudential Securities in New York, where his efforts were focused on both buy-side and sell-side transactions for small and mid-cap companies across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Boston Corporate Finance, Mr. Zalkin was a Senior Associate at Thomson Financial in the company’s Biotechnology Group. At Thomson, Mr. Zalkin provided public biotechnology companies with strategic advice on primary and secondary equity financing strategies, company valuation, equity surveillance and structured debt financing.

Mr. Zalkin graduated Cum Laude from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and Law, Jurisprudence & Social Thought.
