Mr. Krieger is a Principal with TM Capital Corp. Prior to joining TM Capital, Mr. Krieger was a Director in the Investment Banking Group of Lane Berry where he advised companies providing technology enabled services to healthcare providers, payors, consumers and life sciences companies. Previously, Mr. Krieger worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking Groups of Banc of America Securities and Bear Stearns.

Mr. Krieger has over 10 years of experience in providing advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, strategic development, and equity and debt capital raises for public and private Healthcare Information Technology, Healthcare Business Process Outsourcing and Healthcare Services companies.

Mr. Krieger is a graduate of Clark University and received an MBA from Columbia Business School.
