Mr. Macione is an Associate with TM Capital Corp. Mr. Macione has several years of transaction experience and has advised on a wide variety of M&A and financing transactions for public and private technology companies, predominantly in the enterprise software and IT services industries. Prior to joining TM Capital, Mr. Macione was a Financial Analyst with Boston Corporate Finance where he focused exclusively on buy-side and sell-side mid-market transactions within the technology industry. Mr. Macione is a graduate of Amherst College, where he received a bachelor's degree in Political Science.
