Mr. Smolevitz is a Managing Director and founding principal of TM Capital Corp. Mr. Smolevitz has led TM Capital's execution of many complex transactions, including strategic acquisitions, exclusive sales and divestitures, financings, restructurings and fairness opinions in a variety of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, telecommunications and packaging.

Previously, Mr. Smolevitz was a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Thomson McKinnon Securities Inc., where he completed a broad range of merger, acquisition and financing assignments. Prior to joining Thomson McKinnon, he was a Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Smolevitz is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Smolevitz serves on the Board of Directors of Thakar Aluminum Corp. and on the Advisory Board of International Commodities Export Corporation.
