Mr. DeKreek is an Associate with TM Capital Corp. Mr. DeKreek has a broad range of corporate finance experience including exclusive sale transactions, financings, strategic advisory services, financial restructurings and fairness opinions primarily for middle market companies.

Prior to joining TM Capital, Mr. Dekreek was an Associate with Macquarie Capital Advisors (formerly Giuliani Capital Advisors). Prior to Macquarie, Mr. DeKreek was a Senior Associate within Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services Group and, previously, a Senior Associate within Arthur Andersen’s Strategic, Financial and Economic Consulting Group.

Mr. DeKreek earned an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and is also a magna cum laude BBA graduate with High Honors from the University of Georgia.
