Duties and Responsibilities
The Associate position presents an opportunity for qualified candidates to become an integral part of small transaction teams completing deals ranging from $15 to $700 million in value. Associate duties include: 1) transaction execution across a broad range of industries; 2) responsibility for coordination of all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, financings and principal investments; 3) significant interaction with clients, counterparties and financing sources; and 4) supervision of Analysts.

Qualifications
Candidates should be highly motivated and possess strong financial, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Generalist training as an Analyst at an investment bank or corporate development experience provides appropriate background for this position. An MBA is not a pre-requisite. We are seeking candidates who can start immediately.
