Mr. Goldman is a Managing Director and founding principal of TM Capital Corp. Mr. Goldman has led TM Capital's completion of many complex acquisitions, exclusive sales and divestitures, takeover defenses, financings, restructurings and fairness opinions for public and private companies in a diverse group of industries, including health care, business products and services, consumer products, industrial products and retailing.

Mr. Goldman previously served as Vice President of the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Thomson McKinnon Securities Inc., which he had joined in 1983. While at Thomson McKinnon, he completed a broad range of merger, acquisition and financing transactions.

Mr. Goldman is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Immucor, Inc. (NASDAQ), Thakar Aluminum Corp., Keystone Screw Corp. and Lazer, Inc.
