Mr. Locker is a Principal with TM Capital Corp. Mr. Locker has completed a broad range of complex transactions, including strategic acquisitions, exclusive sales and divestitures, financings, takeover defenses and fairness opinions for clients in many industries.

Prior to joining TM Capital, Mr. Locker was an associate in the Consumer/Retail Investment Banking Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Prior to joining Goldman, Sachs & Co., Mr. Locker was a senior analyst in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of Raymond James & Associates. Previously, Mr. Locker was a CPA and associate within the Financial Assurance Division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLC.

Mr. Locker is a graduate of Georgetown University and earned a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Florida's Fisher School of Accounting and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
