Mr. McLean is an associate with TM Capital Corp. and has experience completing a broad range of complex transactions, including exclusive sales, takeover defenses, strategic acquisitions and financings for publicly traded and privately held clients in a variety of industries. Mr. McLean began his career with TM Capital as an analyst in 2005 shortly after returning from a deployment with the U.S. Army in Iraq. While in Iraq, Mr. McLean commanded a platoon responsible for convoy escort and route security around Baghdad and actively participated in the training of Iraqi police forces. Mr. McLean graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with a B.A. in Economics and Business and previously served as an intern with Virginia Capital Strategies, LLC.
