TM Capital marketed this opportunity to a broad range of strategic and financial acquirors and completed the sale of BC Sports to an entity formed by the Chairman of Electronics Boutique, James Kim
TM Capital also provided a fairness opinion to the Special Committee of the Board in connection with this transaction
