Fedders Completes Recapitalization

Fedders Corp. (NYSE: FJC) is a leader in room air conditioning and air treatment with over $400 million in revenue
Fedders had two outstanding classes of publicly traded common stock with different voting rights, and retained TM Capital to advise regarding alternatives to simplify its equity structure
TM Capital assisted Fedders in structuring and completing a recapitalization whereby the two publicly traded classes of stock were consolidated into a single class of voting common stock
TM Capital also provided a fairness opinion to the Board of Directors of Fedders regarding the recapitalization
