	A special committee of Reinhold's board of directors retained TM Capital as an advisor to evaluate options to unlock equity value for shareholders
	TM Capital provided the special committee with a solvency opinion regarding a special dividend to the stockholders of $11.75 per share, or $38 million in aggregate
