Ditan Acquired by Cinram International

“The TM Capital team became a part of our business and a part of our family. Every individual involved became personally invested in both the process and objective. Together, we accomplished an extraordinarily favorable transaction for our shareholders. The principals at TM guided us, advised us, and worked tirelessly in our best interests every step of the way.

At the onset of our relationship, the TM team said to us that “many times, the path you embark upon is not where you end up in a process.” They obviously know their business very well because, while we finished far from where we started in our engagement, the shareholders of Ditan ended up exceedingly better off."

- Ron Novotny, President & CEO, Ditan Corporation
Ditan Corporation, a privately held company, is the leading third-party interactive software and games distribution company in the United States
