Eastman Kodak (NYSE: EK), with sales of $13.3 billion in 2006, engages in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of digital and traditional imaging products, services, and solutions worldwide
Eastman Kodak’s Light Management Films business is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of brightness films and system solutions for the LCD backlighting industry
Eastman Kodak retained TM Capital to pursue strategic alternatives for the rapidly growing Light Management Films business
TM Capital advised Kodak in structuring and negotiating the divestiture of its Light Management Films business to Rohm and Haas Company (NYSE: ROH)
Rohm and Haas, with revenues in excess of $8 billion, is a specialty materials company with developments in categories from electronic materials and polymers for paints to personal care products
