The Board of Directors of Benihana retained TM Capital Corp. as its financial advisor to evaluate the Company’s dual class stock ownership structure
TM Capital advised the Board on the Company's three-for-two stock split effected in the form of a Common stock dividend paid to both holders of Common and Class A Common Stock
Benihana’s stock dividend was paid on June 15, 2007 to holders of record as of June 1, 2007
