Marathon retained TM Capital to raise funds for the launch of its patented Endurance Virtual FTserver software
TM Capital secured Marathon $8.8 million in venture financing from leading firms including Atlas Venture and Longworth Venture Partners
The funding provided Marathon with a new capital structure and financial backing from committed institutional investors
