	Stabler Companies, established in 1940, is a major provider of aggregate materials, highway construction services, and traffic safety products
	TM Capital was retained by New Enterprise to assist in negotiating the acquisition of Stabler in a competitive process
	TM Capital was also retained by New Enterprise to assist in arranging financing for the acquisition and to refinance existing indebtedness
	TM Capital assisted New Enterprise in completing this key strategic acquisition and in arranging $535 million of related financing led by M&T Bank and National City Bank
