	McCurdy & Company is a family holding company which had divested its retail and real estate holdings and sought to redeploy its capital by acquiring a profitable operating company
	TM Capital had assisted McCurdy & Co. in completing its divestiture program, and was retained to advise in this acquisition effort
	TM Capital assisted McCurdy & Co. in completing the acquisition of Lazer Inc., a leading provider of digital prepress services for major consumer products companies
	The required senior debt financing for this acquisition was also arranged by TM Capital
	TM Capital's principals invested in this transaction together with McCurdy & Co. and Lazer's management team, and a TM Capital principal serves on Lazer's Board of Directors
