Mr. Mammen is a Managing Director of TM Capital Corp. Previously, Mr. Mammen was a Vice President in the Consumer Investment Banking Group at Prudential Securities where he worked with a variety of public and private companies on acquisitions, exclusive sales, capital raising, restructurings and fairness opinions. His industry focus areas include specialty, broadline and food retailing, apparel/textile manufacturing, automotive, and outsourcing services. Prior to joining the Consumer Investment Banking Group in 1997, Mr. Mammen worked in Prudential Securities' Financial Institutions Group and Real Estate and Structured Products Group. Previously, Mr. Mammen was an officer in the Commercial Banking Group at Bank of America Corporation.

Mr. Mammen is a graduate of the University of Tampa and earned an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. Mammen currently serves as a Director of the Atlanta chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and as a Mentor of the Atlanta chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE).
