Mr. Gibson is a Vice President with TM Capital Corp. Prior to joining TM Capital, Mr. Gibson was a Vice President and co-founder of Boston Corporate Finance. Mr. Gibson has experience in providing financial analysis and strategy assessment for mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, strategic alliances, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Boston Corporate Finance, Mr. Gibson was Co-Founder and Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at GTS Inc., a financial product development company. Previously, Mr. Gibson managed business and corporate development engagements for Mascot Network, Inc., a high technology portal solutions provider. Mr. Gibson began his career as a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking department of Advest, Inc., where he focused on both Healthcare, and Consumer and Commercial markets. While at Advest, Mr. Gibson participated in several of the company's largest client transactions and his industry expertise was published in numerous trade articles.

Mr. Gibson has also completed internship programs at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. and UBS Paine Webber, Inc. Mr. Gibson graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Union College.
