Mr. LeBlanc is a Vice President with TM Capital Corp. Prior to joining TM Capital, Mr. LeBlanc was a Vice President with Boston Corporate Finance. Mr. LeBlanc has completed a broad range of complex transactions, including strategic acquisitions, exclusive sales and divestitures, public and private equity financings, debt financings, takeover defenses and fairness opinions for clients in the technology and industrial sectors. Within the technology vertical, Mr. LeBlanc has significant experience in enterprise software, infrastructure software, IT Services and digital media.

Prior to joining Boston Corporate Finance, Mr. LeBlanc was an Investment Banking Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney. While at Salomon Smith Barney, Mr. LeBlanc participated in lead managed assignments with an aggregate value in excess of $10 billion. Mr. LeBlanc began his career as a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking group at Prudential Securities, Inc.

Previously, Mr. LeBlanc was a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Mr. LeBlanc received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Government from Wesleyan University.
