TM Capital invests its capital as principal in private equity transactions. These investments provide capital for acquisitions and recapitalizations, equity to support management teams in completing corporate buyouts, and financing for corporate growth. 		Thakar Aluminum Corp., a major producer of recycled aluminum billet for extrusion markets
		Lazer, Inc., a leading provider of specialized digital prepress services for major consumer products companies
		Keystone Screw Corp., a leading producer of brass and bronze fasteners for plumbing and electrical products manufacturers

TM Capital’s principals serve as directors of each of these portfolio companies and are active in supporting their continued growth.

The firm seeks additional opportunities to invest capital in acquisitions of mid-sized manufacturing, distribution and service businesses where its capital will be a catalyst for value creation.

In addition to its equity capital, TM Capital provides portfolio companies with the benefit of the firm’s expertise in executing mergers, acquisitions and financings and the experience of the firm’s principals in building corporate value.
