TM Capital professionals Brad Adams and Luis Miranda attended the 58th M&A International Spring Conference held from June 14 – 16 in Berlin, Germany. The event attracted over 160 M&A advisors from more than 40 countries who discussed strategic international opportunities and heard from Germany’s Federal Environment Minister, Peter Altmaier, who concluded that the core drivers of M&A activity are alive and well in the international market.

TM Capital won the Industrial Goods and Basic Resources Deal of the Year award for the Acquisition of ICEC Group by Oxbow. The award was given for an outstanding achievement in the middle market M&A industry and presented at the M&A Advisor and ACG New York Champion’s Awards Gala in New York City.

TM Capital won the Retail & Services Turnaround Deal of the Year for the reorganization and sale of Jennifer Convertibles to Haining Mengnu Group Co. Ltd. The award was given to honor excellence in transactions completed from the restructuring, reorganization and turnaround communities worldwide, and was presented at the Global M&A Network’s Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala in Chicago.
