Jarrad joined TM Capital LLC in January 2008 following the firm’s acquisition of Boston Corporate Finance. Today, he leads the firm’s coverage of the business services sector which focuses on facilities services, light industrial services, distribution, logistics and business process outsourcing (BPO). Jarrad’s highly respected perspectives on B2B outsourced services have appeared in numerous industry publications including BusinessWeek, InformationWeek, The Dealmaker and Investor’s Business Daily. In addition to his services efforts, Jarrad also has experience working with mid-market technology companies in the enterprise software, IT consulting, managed services, staffing, value-added reselling (VAR) and systems integration sectors. All told, he has more than 20 years of investment banking experience, advising both public and private companies on a wide variety of M&A and financing transactions.
Jarrad graduated Cum Laude from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and Law, Jurisprudence and Social Thought (LJST).
Jarrad lives in Cohasset, Massachusetts with his wife Nicole and sons Zachary and Cooper. In his free time Jarrad enjoys golf, skiing, boating, reading and pursuit of the perfect wave.
