Jordan Cleare is a Director at TM Capital LLC. He is responsible for transaction execution across a broad range of industries and managing all aspects of the deal process.
Jordan joined TM Capital in 2015 and rejoined the firm in 2019 after completing his MBA. He has completed numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions, as well as financing and board advisory engagements for leading financial sponsors, public companies and entrepreneur-owned businesses. He has significant experience in the business services, industrial services and consumer & retail sectors. Prior to TM Capital, Jordan worked in the consumer & retail investment banking group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
Jordan earned an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Economics. Jordan completed his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia, earning BBA degrees in Finance and Economics and graduating from the Honors Program.
Jordan lives in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife, Kristin, and young son. On the weekend, he can be found walking in Piedmont Park with his family and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
