Justin Hedrick

Justin Hedrick is an Analyst at TM Capital LLC who joined the firm in July 2025 in the Atlanta office.

Prior to joining TM Capital, Justin was a Senior Associate in the Financial Due Diligence practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he supported more than 25 buy and sell-side M&A transactions across industries including healthcare, industrials, and telecommunications. Justin also previously interned with Rödl Langford de Kock, supporting cross-boarder M&A transactions for European private equity clients and family-owned midsized (“Mittelstand”) businesses.

Justin graduated with distinction from the University of Georgia, earning both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Additionally, he holds an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the state of Georgia.

Originally from the Atlanta area, Justin currently resides in the Virginia-Highlands neighborhood. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring new restaurants around Atlanta. He stays active enjoying a combination of golf, pickleball, and soccer with friends.
