The Sterling Group, L.P. has formed AGS American Glass Services (“AGS”)

• TM Capital is pleased to announce that we served as exclusive financial advisor to The Sterling Group, L.P. in connection with its formation of AGS American Glass Services (“AGS”), a multi-regional provider of custom glass and coatings solutions with operations across the Midwest U.S.
• AGS was formed through two acquisitions: Omni Glass & Paint, LLC, a leading provider of custom glass, panels, contract glazing and specialty coating solutions to general contractors and manufacturers, primarily in Wisconsin, and an undisclosed business in adjacent geographies
• AGS is focused on building types that are “below the tree line” across a diverse set of end markets including education, manufacturing, government, office and retail, among others
• The Sterling Group is a private equity and private credit investment firm that targets investments in basic manufacturing, distribution and industrial services companies; the acquisitions were completed by The Sterling Group’s lower middle market Foundation Fund
